Where your payment goes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- 1. You pay Paddle. Card details are entered on Paddle's secure checkout — we never see or store them, and your statement shows Paddle.
- 2. Paddle handles tax. Sales tax and VAT are calculated, collected and remitted by Paddle based on your location.
- 3. Paddle deducts its fee for processing, invoicing, tax compliance and billing support.
- 4. The remainder is paid out to us on Paddle's payout schedule and funds development of Rental Return.
